Stripe acct. issues?.. READ THIS

My Stripe account was put under review. I have heard that some don't pass this review and their accounts are closed as a result. Since I managed to pass the review, I want to share how I did it.

First, this is what they asked me:

-What products or services do you plan to sell through Stripe?
-We’d like to learn about your typical customers. Who’s your target audience?
-Specifically, could you provide details around products/inventory, pricing, shipping details, and customer-vetting processes if applicable?
We have paused payouts to your bank account until we are able to verify what you’re selling.

My initial reply:


I am selling digital education products (courses, tutorials)
and website (membership site) upgrades.
My target market is people who want to learn business skills,
marketing skills, and lead generation.
Prices range from $25 to $1000. They are delivered digitally, so
there is no shipping. Customers are not vetted except for their
email being validated.

Stripe replied:

* Where can your customers purchase the items listed?
* Can you please update your URL with a site that contains a working checkout?

I updated my URL with htt ps :// 10k 30 . com and told them I also use BuyNowPlus for checkout.

Just a few minutes ago, I got the email that I passed the review and my account has been fully restored and the hold on funds lifted.
