Community and Team spirit.
The heart and soul of RocktheBizOps Team Building success is measured in the strength of  relationships and respect developing among our members. Equally so in the trust and appreciation being earned from the on-going value provided by Team co-admin Steven Anthony and Susan McCook and of course the continuing individual member skills development and increasing confidence members obtain along the way.

As mentioned earlier (above) in this orientation training. Traffic exchanges, safelist mailers and facebook ad posting groups, etc... may provide free and easy opportunities for us to promote into large audiences, but results of any significance are often few and far between. For this reason, we emphasize (coach, train, pound the table)... that for an ordinary person, the only surest way to begin building towards earning themselves a measurable and sustainable income online, is from within (on behalf of) a trusted, respected Community. It is easier to form a lasting relationship with existing referrals then it will ever be to add more, new referrals. This is why many struggling marketers who prioritize promoting individual programs only, are always in a hurry to join 1st and promote faster, hoping to snag a few easy referrals in the early going. Sometimes a few referrals are added, sometimes not. Unfortunately this endless cycle of joining every new program launch after program launch continues month after month after year after year. 

RocktheBizops Training and resources provide an evergreen and always in demand platform of learning, practicing, building and earning.
