Facebook Updates/Rules for Posting

WEEKLY TRAINING ARCHIVES
PREVIOUSLY A GROUP FILE

1. Never copy and paste anything not even content to your profile or groups. Facebook is getting savvy and very sturn and they can identify this sort of behavior and zap it as spam in the blink of an eye. Do not risk getting blocked from sending messages. ALWAYS take the time to hand type your content!
2. Go slow and space out your activity, especially if you're a newbie. Do not spend hours commenting like crazy or sending out massive messages. Start with 20 minutes and do something else for an hour. Come back later and do another 20 minutes.
3. Should you get a warning from Facebook, stop right away and don't post for the rest of the day. If not, you run a high risk of landing in Facebook jail for up to six months!
4. A good rule of thumb is to NEVER share and NEVER steal! Posts that are shared will get almost no organic reach, even if it is your own. Be original, If you like a post, re-write it in your own words.
5. Do not exceed wall posts more than twice in a 24 hour period! leave a minimum of 4 hours in between posts. If not, they will be competing with each other in the news-feed, and will not get as much engagement. It is safe to post once in the morning and then evening.
6. Commenting on long posts without reading them first is a no no. Facebook knows how long it takes to read a post. If you are scrolling and liking or commenting after a second Facebook see's this as spam and will limit your reach and or block you from commenting at all.
