Happy Friday Rockstars! In the news...

For the subject of today's Rockin News...  I'd like to share a few of my own personal  thoughts (insights) relevant to a very commonly asked question. "Where to find prospects?.." When I am being asked this question, it has been my experience that 8 times out of 10, the person really is not asking where to find prospects. ie: The person is really asking where to *make money. 

Before there can be an answer

Is understanding the real question "Where to make money?.." my first response is to emphasize that where?.. is only relevant if the "how" is being executed correctly. You see, the same person asking for a specific answer about where to make money is always the same person (yes, always) who needs more help understanding how the process "works" in general. ~ The person wants a link to promote and wants to know exactly where to promote that link and wants to make money promoting it. ie: Copy - Paste - Post and done. This expectation is continuously being fueled and exaggerated online and it is no wonder that so many opportunity FB Groups are filled with so many members complaining that "nothing" works, "nobody" helps, etc...
And yes, we have a Rock funnel that says Copy - Paste - Post as well. *Cool page design, not my proudest ad/copy moment.

How does it "work" in simple terms? This is about as simple as I can break it down for anyone. ~ Results are *sequential...
1. Leads 2. Prospects 3. Referrals and then 4. Money?
 This is the ONLY way "our" style of affiliate/referral marketing works with any manageable amount of consistency whatsoever. There are no short-cuts that take anyone from... "post ad" to... "money". Sure, it happens. Sure, it happens easier promoting a hot new offer. But by the time a person gets those first 1 or 2 referrals into whatever that hot new offer is... the offer is not hot or new anymore and the person promoting it (in that way) will struggle to get many more referrals, if any more at all. Hurry, hurry, quit.  ~ This is not a sustainable business "building" plan.
It's nothing more than a crap-shoot at best and any results will only be short-term, in the moment. 

Relevant to our affiliate/referral niche:
Effective marketing requires a combination
of traffic (advertising) being supported by 
networking (communication) follow up. 
Any results will be the by-product of:
Individual marketing (general) and skill level.
PROCESS + PROGRESSION = EVOLUTION
Simple *right things, DAILY

The long-term (stable) business plan is to execute/master the *sequence. 
1. Ads converting into Leads      "where" (target) matters more than how many.
Note: if #1 is wrong, then #2, #3 and especially #4 (below) require more skills.
2. Leads converting into Prospects       is why communication (email) matters.
3. Prospects converting into Referrals      is why "inviting", Community helps.
4. Referrals converting into Money  is why multiple streams of 100% helps too.

Understanding that RocktheBizOps Team Build (specifically) is a Community, rather than being just another All In One Profits or Simple Freedom club or Easy1Up Team Build, helps to clarify where to find ideal prospects. Each of the individual programs included serves a very specific purpose in allowing members to improve upon their own individual skill sets, at their own pace, with minimal expense. Note: these skill sets are specific to List building, email marketing and referral team building (ie: community). Each allows for members to earn 100% commissions in referring others. Each individual program by itself (as an affiliate offer) represents an additional income stream and each program is respected as being among the best *value in it's own specific niche market. For this reason, there will always be  RocktheBizOps Team members who choose to prioritize promoting each individual program on it's own for direct referrals, rather than promoting Rock funnels which emphasize RocktheBizOps Team Training (FB Group) and the Community in general.

The reason being, that it can seem to be an easier and more straightforward approach to achieving the ultimate end goal of adding a referral and earning a commission. ~ "If" the only objective is to attract a direct referral into a single, specific program, yes. But to promote a single, specific program... with the "expectation" that then transitioning the referral into a *Multiple streams - Team Build - Community will be an easy (even obvious?) *next step, no. 

In RocktheBizOps Team Training, the suggestion is to use traffic exchanges to promote for Team spirit PROMO (500 Hits) and then for members to prioritize using safelist mailers to promote for themselves. This is absolutely on-point. Especially in knowing that some members will always choose to promote individual programs (specific funnels) and that members will always prefer *more leads (in general) rather than fewer leads. So it will likely be a little shocking for some to learn that I actually value traffic exchange leads as being "ideal" and that I value social media *cold market leads (FB ad groups, etc...) below both traffic exchanges and safelist mailers. ~ Team spirit, Hits contest and TE Today will be familiar and "fun" for traffic exchange surfers.
It is human nature that "fun" and "friends" are valued. So for *Rock funnels, traffic exchanges are ideal, less leads or not.
Safelist mailers are a very close 2nd, and often produce significantly more leads when comparing on an hour vs. hour basis.
Social *cold market leads are not ideal. However, converting *cold leads into a Social *warm market is the ideal end result.
