As with most Team Build communities, RocktheBizOps does include *rotator(s) as being part of our community efforts in support of *other members to possibly gain a random referral. Unlike other more traditional team builds, "Team spirit" PROMO is designed to achieve the following three (3) objectives, in the following exact order of priority...
1. To continuously increase public awareness that we exist.
2. To encourage leads/subscribers to: come visit FB Group.
3. To have prospects (visitors) make the decision to join us.
Yes, this is an all-new and radical (modern day!) approach that is surprising in comparison to the age-old... links in an email only. But the truth is, unlike many other team builds still making every attempt to promise individual 'success?' resulting from team/rotator promotion, our objective is YOUR SUCCESS. And in this day and age, people (prospects) want to 'experience' for themselves and SEE what is happening, before making a decision. "Team spirit" PROMO is designed for 'that' reason.
In simplest of explanations, we assign each Rockstar! Team member a *personal link to promote on behalf of the team. There is a minimal 100 hits/week requirement for members to have their personal affiliate link(s) "on" in the *random rotation. Yes, both 2x! program links are included. So, if you have joined both programs, or one or the other, your link(s) are included.
We do not 'weight' our rotator(s) to favor new(est) members. We do not assign any *next in line order. Every time any affiliate link(s) is clicked in any email, or on the Team blog, or has been assigned by an admin, etc... the rotator will 'rotate' to next available (qualified/on) member. This insures that all "Team spirit" participants have truly active links ON at all times.
Note: this rotation occurs based on 'click' and not sign-up or sale. For this reason, it is entirely possible (and does happen) that one Rockstar! member may receive more than one random referral via our team spirit rotation, before another member has received just one. Totally random. Team players appreciate not being locked-in as #47 in line waiting their turn. Team players also appreciate the opportunity that a minimal effort on their part may very well result in another member gaining a referral.

How many 'random' referrals and How often?.. Not many and Not often. #SHOCKER!! Seriously, maybe you are familiar with how some Team Building projects hype up their rotator (sales pitch) as being the biggest, fastest or smallest, fastest or 'we guarantee X-amount of paid referrals' or, etc...
We don't make any significant effort to 'adverise' that we include rotator(s) and we certainly do not make any exagerrated claims about how many referrals or how often. ie: Many of our new(est) members have no idea until AFTER they have already decided to partner with us and that is exactly how we intend to keep it. "Team spirit" rotation is a Bonus, not any guarantee.
"Team spirit" PROMO influences sign-ups in many ways that not many members even consider. For example, we have a significant number of members who have *personally referred a sign-up for themselves (often into both *2x programs!)... BECAUSE... that prospect/referral has been seeing our pages and maybe even has been receiving our RocktheBizOps email follow-ups for months. Until finally, that prospect decides for themselves that "we" must really be for real, because they have been aware of "us" for months, or longer. They have continued to notice that our page designs are being advertised everywhere, all the time.
Rule #1, Promote for You 1st and for Team 2nd.
Paricipation in "Team spirit" and having Your links included is optional*, it's your choice.
The 100 hits/week is minimal. Using traffic exchanges (the right way) 100 hits can be earned in about 15 minutes. #Fact... In other words, this leaves our members the remaining 6 days and 23+ hours each week to be promoting (whatever they want) for themselves.
Do the rotator(s) produce any random referrals at all?
Yes!! almost weekly, even multiple per week at times and often into multiple programs.
It is just against our values and our integrity @RocktheBizOps to hype up expectations.
The Rules on 100/500 Hits and Rotator(s) are...
How-to get started. You will need to request your "Team spirit" PROMO link to promote from admin: Steven Anthony. Being a member of our Team/group on FB is required (at all times)... at the same time, you will need to forward your personal affiliate ids for All in one profits and/or Wealth Step by step. (whichever you do have) so they can be added into each rotator.
The "Team spirit" link you will be assigned will be only for you, and it will already include tracking. PLEASE do not add additional tracking. ***Also, do not include your "Team spirit" into any advertising co-op or into any other personal link rotator(s). Because... "Team spirit" link is set up as a rotator with as many as *20 unique page designs included at any given time. Adding tracking on top of tracking and then adding a rotator link into another rotator link on top of that... hit counts will likely not be as accurate, pages might not display properly (or function at all)... just all kinds of bad things can happen. ~Thank you! :-)
Once you have your "Team spirit" link assigned. The suggestion is to use TEs (traffic exchanges) to achieve the 100 or 500 hits/week as quickly as possible. This ensures that you will have the time and all of your safelist mailer credits (better ads) available for promoting your own personal funnel pages and any "other?" random offers.
Our Hits Week ends and begins on Monday.
The weekly FINAL hits counts post into group every Monday.
Members with 100+ Hits on Monday have their links "on" in rotator(s) the entire week.
We also post a Friday Hits update...
Members who had less than 100 Hits for Mon. but have reached 100 Hits for Fri., will have their link(s) in rotation turned 0N.
Next update appears as Monday FINAL Hits count and the *next new week begins, etc...
